What We Collect

The public setup planner runs in your browser and does not require an account. If you email us or request a scan, we collect the information you choose to provide, such as your name, family role, email address, phone number, device list, general setup concerns, and preferred contact method.

How We Use Information

We use information to prepare a family tech setup plan, communicate with you, deliver requested services, and maintain setup notes you ask us to maintain.

What Not To Send

Please do not send passwords, payment card numbers, medical records, social security numbers, bank login details, or sensitive legal documents. We do not need passwords for a basic scan.

Boundaries

This service is not medical care, emergency response, fall detection, financial advice, legal advice, or 24/7 monitoring.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We may use ordinary business tools such as email, document storage, analytics, or payment processors to deliver the service.
